These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.2bglobal.info and the car transfer services provided by 2B Boston Group Co., Ltd. ("2B Global," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
2B Global provides premium private car transfer services with professional drivers across Thailand. Our services include airport transfers, daily car with driver hire, and private tour charters.
Important: 2B Global is a car transfer service, not a car rental company. All vehicles are operated by our professional, licensed drivers. Self-drive options are not available.
2. Booking Process
- Bookings can be made through our website at www.2bglobal.info or by contacting us directly.
- Upon submission, you will receive a booking confirmation via email within 1 hour during business hours (08:00 – 22:00 ICT).
- A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive our official confirmation email with a booking reference number.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking if we are unable to provide the requested service.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (THB).
- Prices shown on our website include the base fare for the selected vehicle and route.
- Additional fees may apply for: waiting time beyond the complimentary period (30 minutes for airport pickups), extra stops not included in the original booking, and late-night surcharges (23:00 – 05:00).
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- You will not be charged until your booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. A full refund will be issued.
- Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted fare.
- No-show: If you fail to appear at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full fare (100%) will be charged.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 – 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Changes to Bookings
If you need to modify your booking (change of date, time, location, or vehicle type), please contact us at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Changes made less than 12 hours before pickup may not be possible.

6. Liability
2B Global shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by flight schedule changes, airport procedures, or airline-related issues
- Delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, or construction
- Inability to provide services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, government restrictions, or pandemics
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle (though we will make reasonable efforts to retrieve and return them)
For airport pickups, our drivers monitor your flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra charge.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- Carry a valid form of identification (passport or national ID card) during the journey.
- Be present at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.
- Provide accurate contact information and flight details (for airport transfers).
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
8. Vehicle and Driver
- All our drivers are professional, licensed, and experienced in providing premium transfer services.
- All vehicles are fully insured with comprehensive coverage for passenger safety.
- Vehicles undergo regular maintenance and safety inspections.
- We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher category if the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable.
9. Complaints
We are committed to delivering an exceptional service. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us within 7 days of the service date:

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
